Rosenbaum & Rosenbaum, P.S.C originated with a general practice started by Elwood Rosenbaum in 1945. The firm expanded with the addition of Barbara M. Rosenbaum in 1953 then grew and developed as a general practice firm with an emphasis on all varieties of trial work, taxes, and estates. Barbara Rosenbaum was one of the earliest women to practice law in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky and has been a member of the bar since 1942. Elwood Rosenbaum passed away in 1991 after 53 years of distinguished practice before the state and federal courts.

A significant amount of Rosenbaum & Rosenbaum, P.S.C.'s practice is representing injured people.
