Opening our Law Practice

Rosenbaum and Thompson PLLC opened on January 1, 2016 practicing in personal injury, employment law, workers’ compensation cases and wills and estates.  We believe practicing in these areas is for the greatest benefit of our client since these areas often overlap.  For example an injury that occurred at work might also be the result of some third party’s negligence, or filing a worker’s compensation claim might necessitate a leave of absence be covered under the Family Medical Leave Act  or could even lead to an unwarranted termination or punishment at work. In all these cases we often find folks have not given any thought to drafting a simple and affordable will document, which is usually a smart idea for people and families of all sizes and backgrounds.  We hope our law practice will benefit you and your family with one or more of these major life events.
